Career and Opportunities Fair - ESWcon27

At each ESWcon, students and exhibitors are able to connect, network, and build relationships through the career fair. We hope that ESWcon27 will continue this tradition by providing a diverse selection of businesses and organizations to engage with. We are currently in the search for partners to table at the career fair. There are also opportunities to sponsor the career fair and showcase opportunities such as graduate programs and professional certifications.

DETAILS

  • When? Friday, April 2nd, 1-3 pm CT (with 30 minutes on either end for set up & break down)

  • Where? The University of Illinois Chicago campus

  • What students are coming?

    • 150+ students from dozens of academic programs and schools around the country

      • Largest Attendee Disciplines: mechanical, environmental, chemical, civil, computer science/engineering, electrical, etc.

      • Examples of Chapter Schools: Brown, Toronto Metropolitan University, Cornell, Penn State, University of Guelph, UT Austin, Akron

  • What companies are we looking for?

    • Companies that are committed to sustainability as an organization and have opportunities for students and recent graduates who are passionate about pursuing careers focused on sustainability, resilience and climate

    • This may include employers in the public and private sector who employee any/all types of engineers, scientists, etc.
